What is a fiat whitelisted account?

A fiat whitelisted account means that your bank card has been successfully depositd to HashKey OTC. The bank account that has been successfully deposited to HashKey OTC will be included in your whitelist account system. According to regulatory requirements, when you withdraw fiat currency from HashKey OTC, your receiving bank is limited to your fiat whitelisted account.
