When withdrawing fiat currency from Hashkey OTC, which bank accounts can be used for withdrawal?

When withdrawing fiat currency funds, the bank account holder of the recipient must be the same as the HashKey account, and currently only withdrawals to fiat whitelisted accounts are supported (bank accounts that have been successfully recharged will be automatically included in the fiat whitelisted accounts), Withdrawals to other people's bank accounts are not supported, nor are withdrawals to our own non-whitelisted bank accounts.
