Can withdrawals of digital assets be cancelled after submission?

When you initiate a withdrawal of digital assets, the platform will immediately process your withdrawal request. After processing, this will involve blockchain operations that are irreversible:
1）After the platform processes your withdrawal request: the withdrawal cannot be canceled;
2）Before the platform processes your withdrawal request: it can be canceled, and the processing time depends on the overall conditions on the platform at the time of your withdrawal. You can check whether the cancellation button is operable and available in the withdrawal order. If it is operable and available, you can cancel it; otherwise, you cannot.
Due to the irreversibility of blockchain withdrawals, Hashkey OTC is only able to aid with best efforts once the withdrawal operation is completed. Moreover, your assets may not be recoverable if there is a mistake due to the anonymity of blockchain addresses.
Therefore, please check your withdrawal information in advance, such as the withdrawal address and network (whether the deposit/withdrawal networks are consistent, whether both deposit and withdrawal platforms support a particular chain), etc.
