Hashkey OTC fiat currency deposit guidelines

1. How to deposit fiat currency into your Hashkey OTC account?

1.1 Fiat currency deposit scenario after account opening completed

1.1.1 After you have opened your account, when you need to deposit fiat currency, please click on the [Deposit] button in the upper left corner, select [Fiat Deposit], and enter the deposit page.

1.1.2 Follow the steps on the page to add a new bank account (this information is for your remittance bank account).

1.1.3 Select the bank account you have already added, click "Next", fill in the bank transfer information, select Assets, and enter the Deposit Amount.

 

1.1.4 You can complete your deposit and transfer operation according to the prompts displayed on the interface (as shown below) and your account information (*The amount must be consistent with the Deposit Amount you entered).

Additionally, please be sure to fill in the Reference Code in your bank's remarks section, as shown in the red box in the image.

1.1.5 You need to log in to your bank's system to make the transfer. After the transfer is complete, please click "Transfer Completed", Upload Remittance Voucher, and Submit.

 

1.1.6 After submission, please wait patiently. Once your deposit is reviewed and approved, the funds will be credited to your account immediately, and the bank account information will be automatically included in your fiat whitelisted account. Your fiat whitelisted account can be used to initiate subsequent withdrawal transactions on the HashKey OTC platform.

 

2. What is a fiat whitelisted account?

A fiat whitelisted account means that your bank card has been successfully depositd to Hashkey OTC. The bank account that has been successfully deposited to HashKey Exchange will be included in your whitelist account system. According to regulatory requirements, when you withdraw fiat currency from HashKey Exchange, your receiving bank is limited to your fiat whitelisted account.

 

3. How is the handling fee charged when depositing fiat currency to Hashkey OTC?

We currently do not charge any fees for depositing fiat currency to Hashkey OTC.

 

4. When depositing fiat currency to Hashkey OTC, why is the actual amount received different from the transfer amount ?

Hashkey OTC does not charge any fees when customers deposit to Hashkey OTC. However, when making bank transfers, both the remitting bank and the interbank may charge relevant handling fees, which may result in the actual amount we receive being less than your bank transfer amount. Please consult your transfer bank for details.
