Is Hashkey OTC currently accepting individual user registrations?

Currently, for individual users, only those who qualify as Accredited Investors (AI) are accepted for registration.
You must meet any one of the following criteria:
- Personal financial assets (minus related liabilities) exceeding SGD 1 million (or the equivalent in foreign currency);
- Income in the past 12 months not less than SGD 300,000 (or the equivalent in foreign currency);
- Personal net assets exceeding SGD 2 million (or the equivalent in foreign currency), with the value of the individual's primary residence (minus loans) contributing a maximum of SGD 1 million.
